With a New York E-ZPass Basic Plan, passenger and commercial vehicles will receive a 75% discount on New York State Thruway Tolls (discount applies to E-ZPass NY Tag transactions only). No minimum use is required.
Tolls by Mail
If you do not have E-ZPass, a Toll Bill is sent to the registered owner of the vehicle, using the address provided by the relevant state motor vehicle office, an updated address provided by the United States Postal Service, or a customer provided address.
