    All required drilling data from each subsurface exploration shall be entered onto the Thruway Authority’s OpenGround® Cloud, titled 'NYSTAGeotech' using the Authority's official Data Entry Profile titled 'NYSTA' with the Data Entry Extension.  All data must be entered using the Authority's most recent OpenGround® data entry profile.  All data must be entered into the specific Project File on the 'NYSTAGeotech' Cloud created for it by the Authority.  New users must contact NYSTA - Engineering Department's Engineering Support Services to be added to the 'NYSTAGeotech' Cloud.
